Chovy's! concept is simple - recipes and traditions inspired from people
who love to cook and love to eat. Our chefs reflect not only our passion and respect for food, but also our
belief that Italian cooking is a satisfying expression of a love of the good life. Energy and excitement is
clearly identifiable through the food, prepared from scratch and brought to you from the heart of the
kitchen.
We're casual, yet somewhere between the theme restaurant and white tablecloth restaurant.
As you walk through the door, the sweet aromas and imperceptible hum that comes from methodical chopping
fill the air. Crates of fresh herbs, produce, fish, meats, imported pastas and cheeses, and extra virgin
olive oil are delivered and immediately used in the day's pastas, soups and daily specials. Just like the
original kitchen from which these recipes descent, Chovy's! food is prepared
with that day's meal in mind. Simmering sauces are made by hand with fresh ingredients, from recipes that
both time and tastes continue to grace with favor. It is not true that southern Italians cannot cook
anything without adding tomatoes. Chovy's! emphasis is of course on pasta,
but also on dazzling antipasti, stomach - warming soups, subtle and sophisticated steaks and chops,
prime rib, fresh fish, poultry, pizza, specialties and even gelati, cannoli and tiramisu.
The glorious
food and the warm, cozy atmosphere along with the crisply attired, friendly and knowledgeable service staff
exude genuine hospitality. Chovy's! glows with the earthy tones of the Tuscan
countryside. The Cucina, the Winery, the Ristorante, the Trattoria, the Osteria and the Café invite guests to
comfortably dine surrounded by soft lighting, murals, art and paintings. At the same time
Chovy's! is lively and exciting. The Ciao Martini and Wine Bar gives guests a
place to enjoy incredible martinis and divine wines that compliment any meal or occasion. It's for friends -
the air is filled with delightful chatter and memorable music. The Terrace is where we specialize in hosting
private parties such as rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, showers, anniversaries and birthdays. Our
professional banquet staff will assist you to plan the perfect occasion with whatever amenities required.
